國際教育學院關于超期學生學籍清理的公示
為加強和完善我校本、?？茖W生學籍管理工作，保證我校學生學籍數(shù)據(jù)以及學校數(shù)據(jù)統(tǒng)計工作的準確性，根據(jù)《普通高等學校學生管理規(guī)定》（教育部令第41號）及《江西工程學院學籍管理辦法》（校政字〔2024〕71號）第七章第三十四條規(guī)定，擬對超過最長學習年限的學生進行學籍清理公示，具體名單見附件1。
公示期：2025年9月1日至10月1日。學生若對學校擬處理結(jié)果有異議，請在公示期內(nèi)向?qū)W校提出書面復議申請（可先聯(lián)系國際教育學院反饋個人情況）；經(jīng)公示無異議的學生信息，學校將提交至校長辦公會審議后，按照相關規(guī)定注銷其學籍。（注：已標注退學的學生不能申請復學等其他學籍處理。）
Public Notice on Student Status Clean-Up for Overstaying Students by the International Education College
In order to strengthen and improve the administration of student status for undergraduate and junior college students, and to ensure the accuracy of student status data and statistical reporting at our university, according to the Regulations on the Management of Students in Regular Higher Education Institutions (Decree No. 41 of the Ministry of Education) and Article 34, Chapter 7 of the Jiangxi Institute of Engineering Student Status Management Measures (Xiao Zheng Zi [2024] No. 71), a public notice is hereby issued regarding the intended clean-up of student status for those who have exceeded the maximum period of study. The specific list is provided in Appendix 1.
Public Notice Period: 1st September to 1st October 2025.Students who wish to dispute the intended decision of the university must submit a written application for review to the university within the public notice period (they may first contact the International Education College to provide individual circumstances). Student information that receives no objection during the public notice period will be submitted to the University President’s Office for deliberation, and their student status will be nullified in accordance with relevant regulations.
Note: Students already marked as “withdrawn” may not apply for reinstatement or other student status processing.
